Connecticut Lakes Series - Loon Rendezvous

In the early Fall around the Connecticut Lakes, Loons which generally live in pairs, begin to gather and test their wings for flight and later migration to coastal salt marshes where they spend the Winter. This grouping in the late day light inspired me to create a watercolored effect on the subject and background shoreline.
